Bosch Is Asking for Money To Replace the Refrigerator Under Warranty

Hear out the mess I'm in with Bosch! during the earthquake, my fridge started stinking real bad, you know? So I gave their service a call. The tech was like, "Sorry, but that smell can't be fixed." Then they closed the service record, saying the problem was impossible to solve. So, a few days later, I got a notification saying that my replacement request got approved. So, get this. Ten days later, I get a call from some customer rep who's all like, "Yo, you gotta pay up half the price for a new fridge 'cause the earthquake warranty don't cover it." Can you believe that? It's like a comedy sketch, man. Even though I got all my appliances from Bosch, I seriously regret choosing them. So, like, if there's an earthquake, your warranty is totally useless. They're shamelessly asking for 18,700 TL for a brand-new fridge.

They haven't delivered my fridge. Nobody knows the whereabouts of the product, not even themselves. I've been trying to reach a customer representative. However, they keep giving vague responses. They initially mentioned that I would receive the product within 10 days via turkiye.com, but it's been 20 days and the product still hasn't arrived. It's disappointing that no one is making an effort to find a solution. This situation is a disgrace.
