Service Attempts Have Not Fixed My Broken Bosch 2300 i Combi Boiler
Issues have been mounting with my Bosch 2300 I combination boiler. Everything was fine for the first 18 months after I bought it, but then it began making a very loud and unsettling sound like it was shaking from the inside out. The Bosch service line was the first one I called when I realized something was wrong with my product. A technician was dispatched to Elazig, but I was unsatisfied with his performance. He claimed the noise was typical and admitted he botched the job by failing to install a gasket on the boiler's exterior. When the noise persisted after they had fixed it, I called them again. Yet the noise persisted. Worse yet, I learned later that a friend who also purchased the same boiler had no issues with noise or vibration. Since the technician never showed up, I created a new service record. Bosch requested that I send a video recording of the issue before they would send out another technician after I called them back. My expectations for Bosch were too high. It appears that neither the manufacturer nor the technical support team can assist me at this time. Those who are on the fence about purchasing this item would be wise to reconsider. Bosch offers poor-quality technical support and does not back up their products. No respectable company would require a video recording before sending a technician out.

I bought Bosch because it's a reliable brand, but the technical service is bad and Bosch doesn't stand behind its products. I think you should stay away from boilers made by Bosch.
