On February 14th, 2023, I noticed water pouring from my Bosch boiler, so I immediately turned off the water valve and the electrical switch to my house. I requested that their service department come and investigate the problem, which they did. Unfortunately, the technician appeared to overtighten the attached part. I'm concerned that this may have harmed the part. I spoke with them over the phone and clearly stated that the water and electricity supplies to the house were turned off, but they insisted on me turning it back on and video calling them to show where the water was flowing. I explained that if I did this, the house would flood, but they did not listen. This year, I was a victim of the service provided by Bosch, and now I demand an end to the victimization. I'm tired of being taken advantage of by this company, and I'd like to get a clear resolution as soon as possible.
