Bosch Refuses My Warranty Maintenance Request for GC2200IW 24 c 23

The installation of my Bosch GC2200IW 24 c 23 model combi boiler was completed on 14.09.2022, with the warranty set to expire on 15.09.2027. During installation, I was not given any information regarding the extended warranty or its coverage, nor was I offered any additional warranty or maintenance services. When I later requested maintenance for my device, which is still under warranty, I was initially told it would be carried out under warranty, but afterward, a fee was demanded. I contacted Bosch customer service about this issue and was later called by Mr. G***** who informed me that no action could be taken in the name of customer satisfaction. I still have the service receipt for the initial start-up of the combi boiler, receipt number: 177821. Throughout this process, I expect both the service team and the communication center to provide customers with clear, transparent, and accurate information, and not to first claim the maintenance is free only to later charge for it. To prevent my trust in the Bosch brand from being undermined, I request that my grievance be resolved and that my right to maintenance under warranty be fulfilled.
