My Couch Got Broken On The Move By Bookstoremovers, Compensation!!!

I was looking for a decently priced mover in DC, a friend of mine suggested Bookstoremovers, which I called right away, they offered me a good pricing and of course promised a fast and clean moving, although it was quite a short notice as I called them like the beginning of the month and did the moving on 12th, they were very responsive however when my couch got damaged on the trip they weren't that helpful, first of they put the blame on me saying there was something already wrong with it but I'm pretty sure I could sit on it!!! Now the ordeal still goes on and hope they see sense in it! I didn’t have full value protection as they offered but still when you break something you compensate for it!!!
