I was shocked to discover that ₺8000 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank credit card for a transaction labeled “Euro BKG Hotel Booking”—a payment I never authorized or approved. I have never made any such booking, and I do not recognize this transaction at all. This charge was made without my knowledge or consent, and I absolutely refuse to accept responsibility for it.
As soon as I noticed the unauthorized transaction, I immediately called Garanti Bank to report the issue and had my card canceled to prevent any further fraudulent charges. However, this isn't just about blocking the card—it’s about getting my money back and holding the responsible parties accountable.
I demand an urgent and thorough investigation into this fraudulent charge and full reimbursement of the ₺8000 that was wrongly taken from my account. I also expect Booking.com to review this case, as the transaction was linked to their name, and take steps to prevent this from happening to other users. This level of security lapse is unacceptable, and someone must take responsibility—immediately.
