Booking.com Refund for Canceled Hotel Marzo Reservation Not Received
I booked a stay at Hotel Marzo through Booking.com for October 26–29 and opted for the free cancellation option. I canceled the reservation on October 23, well within the terms for a full refund. Despite the booking status showing as "refunded" on Booking.com, the payment has not been returned to my bank account. It has now been an unreasonable wait, and I am disappointed with the delay.
