Boohoo sent me the wrong size dress, what's the easiest way to exchange it?

Boohoo doesn't let you exchange items directly; instead, they suggest that you return the wrong item for a refund and place a new order in the right size.

To start the return process, put the dress back in its original box with all of its tags still on it. To get into Boohoo's returns page, you'll need your order number, email address, or the last four digits of your phone number. Choose how you want to return the item; you can print the returns card at home or in the store. When the package is ready, mail it back to Boohoo.

If you live in a certain area or choose a certain way of return, Boohoo may take a fee out of your refund. For example, buyers in the UK might have to pay £1.99 to return an item.

Once you return the item, you can order the right size again. Keep an eye on your email for updates on the progress of your return and refund.
