The dress did not fit according to the size chart when I tried it on. In particular, it’s substantially longer than I had hoped, and even though it says it has a regular fit, can't seem to get it to stay put on my shoulders. It’s extremely uncomfortable to wear and has an unflattering, low-hanging silhouette because of this. Your clothing has always impressed me, and been a Boden customer for quite some time, now disappointed with the linen dress because of this, would be greatly appreciated if I could return the dress and get a different size or get my money back. because when I called they said they can’t take it back as it’s washed, but I wasn’t expecting this, I washed it because I was keeping it for sure.
