What Happened To Old Boden Quality? The Dress Just Ripped!!!

I've been a loyal Boden customer for years, hoping they'd bring back the great quality they used to have. But sadly, it seems they've gone down the fast-fashion route with cheap fabrics that fall apart. The last dress I bought ripped after just the second wash! It practically disintegrated in the machine. I had to fish out a tangled mess of threads. Worse, when I contacted Boden about it, they bombarded me with questions. They wanted to know the exact washing temperature, detergent type... washing a dress, it’s simple!!! if your clothes are so delicate, Boden, you need to label them clearly. It shouldn't be a guessing game for customers. You can’t put the blame of your quality issues on us!
