Several years ago, I purchased a Bocchi Yasemin model toilet seat and have been using it for about five years. For roughly the past year, one side of the hinge has been broken. I tried to manage with it for a while despite the damage, but it has now become unusable.
The main issue is that I cannot find any replacement parts for this product. Even for a simple component like a hinge, it is impossible to obtain a spare part. This situation essentially forces customers into a “throw it away and buy a new one” approach. The warranty on the product has already expired, but even after the warranty period, the difficulty in obtaining spare parts has seriously reduced my trust in the brand.
I request that Bocchi provide a clear and practical solution for supplying a hinge or compatible spare part for the Yasemin model toilet seat. If it is not possible to supply the part, I ask that the reason be clearly and satisfactorily explained.
