In my home, there are three wall-hung Bocchi toilets that were installed by the contractor. I moved into this house in 2022, and in 2023, the toilet seats on two of them developed cracks, which I replaced at the time. Now, two of the toilet seats have cracked again, and the lid of one of them has also broken. For reference, we are not heavy individuals—our average weight is about 154 pounds (70 kg).

Even though these toilets are quite expensive products, having the seats crack repeatedly in such a short time and one lid break has created serious concerns about the product quality. Since the toilets were purchased by the contractor, I had no involvement in the purchasing process.
I request that Bocchi address the inconvenience I have experienced, preferably by replacing the seats and lids free of charge, or at the very least by offering a meaningful discount to cover these defective parts. Since the products have developed repeated issues within such a short time, I kindly ask that the matter be investigated and a proper solution provided.
