On November 26, 2024, I purchased a Bocchi Pure Slim Soft toilet seat with the stock code A0336-001. For about the past month, I have been experiencing a serious problem with the way the seat closes. It is very difficult to close, and it makes a constant squeaking noise while closing. The squeaking has become so severe that it can take at least 10 minutes for the seat to fully close, and sometimes even after about 30 minutes it still makes one final noise before stopping.
I purchased the product from a physical store called Bauzade. I tried to contact the store regarding this issue, but I have not been able to reach them. I have also been unable to contact Bocchi customer service, so my issue remains unresolved.
I believe the product is defective, and I request that the issue be evaluated under warranty. I ask that the toilet seat either be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one. I would appreciate an urgent response and a prompt resolution to my problem.
