Bocchi Wall-Hung Toilets Causing Water Leaks and Float Valve Failures

About 2.5 years ago, I had four Bocchi wall-hung toilets installed in my home in Kayseri (3 white and 1 black). For the past year, I have been experiencing continuous float valve malfunctions and water leakage problems in all of them. One of the toilets had such a serious leak that I contacted Bocchi service and had it replaced. However, over time the other three toilets also began leaking water more severely. I would like to emphasize that the float valve failures are not caused by user error, because there is a water filter installed at the main water inlet.
In addition, the toilet seat lids have started bending upward, and the lids no longer close properly. This issue can clearly be seen in the photo I attached. The toilet lids also need to be replaced.
I paid approximately $1,235 in total for these products, and I request that these issues be resolved urgently. I ask that the float valves and toilet lids be replaced free of charge under warranty. Otherwise, water waste will continue and my inconvenience will increase.
