My BMW Stayed in Service for a Week but the Software Was Still Not Updated
I brought my BMW to the official service since I heard the software needed an update. The service team acknowledged that the software was old, but they kept dodging the update with unclear reasons. I left my car at the service center for a whole week, but they didn't do anything. Whenever I asked for more details, I just got vague answers, and the problem was never really tackled. I contacted Borusan Oto directly, expecting them to handle the issue, but I haven't heard back from them. Not having my car for this long and not seeing any real progress has made me feel overlooked. I thought I would get better care and professionalism from a brand like BMW and its official service network.
