Bmw X1 F48 Transmission Oil Problem

I own a 2017 model, 66000km, x1 18i sdrive with the Prestige package, license plate number 35KOS99. I brought my vehicle to Istanbul Oto, as directed on certain days, to have the registered service data checked and to start the process as soon as possible. However, despite having paid the fee for this service (12300 TL), I was informed that it would take about a month for the necessary parts to arrive from abroad. During this waiting period, they claimed that they couldn't move the vehicle because it might lose its characteristic features. Despite using intermediaries and making the payment, I was not offered a replacement vehicle. The inconvenience caused by the delayed arrival of the ordered parts and the potential for resulting malfunctions is highly disappointing, especially for a Premium brand. It seems that the issue might be related to a defect in the stock of oil for all the 7-speed steptronic dual-core models (x1, x2, 1 Series, 2 Series, 2 Series Gran Coupe). I am filing this complaint, not against Istanbul Oto and its employees, but rather regarding the problem I am facing. I am aware that there is a legal right to supply parts within 20 business days, and I find it hard to comprehend how such a simple matter can lead to such victimization, especially when dealing with a Premium and global brand. I hope a solution can be found to address this grievance.
