BMW Roadside Assistance Staff Insulting Customer Instead of Finding Solutions
In Kapadokya, I misplaced my BMW key and called BMW roadside assistance for assistance. They told me they didn't have a spare key. So I inquired if there were any parts shortages at their service centers. In response, the roadside assistance personnel yelled angrily, "How should I have every model's key on hand?" Is BMW's service commitment only valid until the car is purchased? It's disappointing to see such a snub from a company known for its luxury and customer service. Instead of assisting me in finding a solution to my problem, they chose to criticize me. BMW's service standards should be maintained throughout the customer journey, not just during the sales process.
