I bought a car from Avcılar Borusan on May 1, 2018. They claimed it was our own vehicle and the first official owner. After the sale, they conducted their own inspection and offered a warranty of 5,000 km or 3 months. Within a year, they provided a TSE-approved warranty. During this time, I drove 8,000 km. Once, I had maintenance done at Çorlu Borusan, where all the staff were third-rate personnel and accidentally damaged my car. They promised to repair it and then do the painting, and I didn't make a fuss.
However, the main problem lies with what they call the headquarters in Avcılar - the place where I also bought my car. It is clear that their focus is solely on convincing customers and making a financial sale rather than providing a service that is five times more expensive than external services.
Attempts to contact the "Used Cars" department (34 B** 186) were unsuccessful. They claimed repair costs of 150,000 TL due to a turbo problem in the car, an issue that occurred 2,000 km before the sale. These people are definitely not helpful; they have been instructed not to be constructive in such matters. No one pays for repairs out of their pocket, but with the policy of pleasing superiors and making money for the company, they do not support the customer. I didn't buy the car externally; it was sold to me as a vehicle used within Avcılar Borusan. Tomorrow or on Friday, I will go to Borusan with a lawyer, and I will update the progress from there.
