Old BlaBlaCar Account Blocks Phone Number From New Sign-Up

I previously had an account on BlaBlaCar, but I haven't been able to log into it for about 2-3 years now. Since I can't access my old account, I wanted to create a new one, but the system won't let me, because my phone number is still showing as registered to that old account. I can't log into my old account, and I also can't create a new one because my phone number is still tied to it, so I'm completely unable to use the app. I also haven't been able to find any contact channel within the app or on the website to get support for this. I'm requesting that BlaBlaCar either close my old account or remove my phone number from it and assign it to the new account I'll create, so this issue can be resolved and I can use the app again.
