BlaBlaCar Won’t Verify My Phone and Shows ‘Phone Used and Recoverable’ Error
I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with BlaBlaCar’s phone verification system. For no clear reason, the app refuses to verify my phone number and keeps showing an error message that says, “Phone used and recoverable.” I have no idea why this is happening—I’ve never used my number in any unusual way, and it should work like normal. The worst part is the lack of real support. The help center offers no real solutions, and there’s no live customer service to talk to. I’m completely stuck, unable to complete my account setup or use the app. BlaBlaCar, this is unacceptable for a platform that relies on communication and trust. Fix your phone verification system and provide proper customer service. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
