BlaBlaCar Phone Verification Issue
The phone verification system for BlaBlaCar is giving me a lot of trouble. The software won't validate my phone number for no evident reason. It keeps giving me an error screen that says, "Phone used and recoverable." I don't know why this is happening. I've never used my number in a strange way, therefore it should operate like normal. The saddest aspect is that there isn't any actual help. There is no live customer care at the help center, and they don't really help. I'm absolutely lost and can't set up my account or utilize the app. BlaBlaCar, this is not okay for a platform that depends on trust and communication. Make sure your phone verification system works and give good customer service. I want this problem to be fixed right away. Thanks Praveen K***
