BlaBlaCar Suspended My 7-Year Account Over a False Complaint

I’ve been a loyal BlaBlaCar user for nearly 7–8 years with a clean record and positive passenger reviews. But now, my account has been unfairly suspended due to a single complaint—without anyone even checking my ride history or feedback. The person who reported me was upset because I refused to give them a free ride. That’s right—they wanted to travel without paying and filed a complaint when I declined. And BlaBlaCar just took their word for it and blocked me. How is that fair? What happened to reviewing both sides before taking action? This is a clear abuse of the reporting system. BlaBlaCar, I’m asking you to urgently lift the suspension and restore my account. Don’t punish honest users for others’ bad intentions.
