I Can’t See My Past Reviews on BlaBlaCar Anymore Despite Years of Using the App

I’ve been using BlaBlaCar since 2016, and until recently, I could always see the reviews and feedback left by other users on my profile. Now, all of those comments have completely disappeared, and I have no idea why. This is extremely upsetting, especially considering how much I’ve used the platform and how many successful trips I’ve completed over the years.

The reviews were a reflection of my reliability and reputation within the community, and suddenly losing access to them is disappointing and confusing. I didn’t receive any warning, explanation, or update regarding this change. It feels like years of positive interactions have just been wiped away without a trace.

I’m requesting a clear explanation and immediate restoration of my visible reviews. BlaBlaCar, if you’re going to make changes that affect long-time users, you need to communicate it transparently. This lack of clarity only causes frustration. I want to know why my reviews are missing and when this will be resolved. Please respond and fix this issue promptly.
