BlaBlaCar Identity Verification Camera Access Denied

I created an account through the BlaBlaCar app on September 22, 2026. When I reached the identity verification step, the app displayed a message saying, “Please refresh the page and tap the Allow button.” However, even after refreshing the page multiple times, my camera would not open. I tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but in both cases I received a “camera access denied” error on the screen and was unable to complete the identity verification process.

I tried to get help through the in-app support, but I have not received any assistance with this issue so far, and I am unable to actively use my account. I request that this issue with the identity verification step be investigated and, if possible, that my identity verification be completed manually. I kindly ask that the necessary steps be taken as soon as possible to resolve the issue so that I can use my account without any problems.
