BlaBlaCar Identity Document Flagged as Duplicate With No Explanation

I tried to verify my identity for my BlaBlaCar account, and on June 19, I took a photo of my ID and uploaded it to the system. Afterward, I received an email saying my ID document was already in use on another account, but no information about that account was shared with me. I'm seriously concerned, both from a security and personal data perspective, that my ID information has been linked to another account without my permission. I reached out to BlaBlaCar's support team about this, but I haven't received any response so far. I'm requesting that the other account linked to my ID information be identified and that this connection be removed immediately, that my account be securely verified, and that I be given a clear, written explanation regarding this process.
