Bitmart Frozen My Account

I have been using my Bitmart account with the email address pradanaa****@gmail.com, and since 1 June 2026 my account has been frozen without a clear explanation. For the past two days I have not been able to withdraw my funds or trade on spot or futures, which is causing me serious concern about the security and accessibility of my assets. I contacted Bitmart support and was told that I have to wait, but no definitive timeframe for completion or resolution was provided. This uncertainty and the lack of clear communication is very frustrating, especially while my funds remain locked and I cannot use my account as usual. I respectfully request that Bitmart immediately unfreeze my account so I can access my funds and resume trading, or at least provide a clear and prompt resolution so that my assets are no longer held without a defined timeline.
