I Got Scammed Through a Fake Token on BitgetWallet

A person using the name Fn B** on Telegram scammed me by recommending a so-called "pre-sale coin" and directing me to the BitgetWallet app. He claimed there was an exclusive pre-sale opportunity and convinced me—and likely many others—to invest through the app. It all seemed legitimate at first. But once I sent the funds, he blocked me and completely disappeared.
When I contacted BitgetWallet support via email, they admitted there was a problem but offered no real solution. How can a fake token with malicious intent be listed on your platform in the first place? Isn’t there a verification or approval process to protect users?
The fact that such a scam could take place through a wallet you manage is deeply concerning. I demand a full investigation into how this token was listed and a refund of my stolen funds. BitgetWallet has a responsibility to protect its users from fraudulent activity—especially when that activity occurs within your own app.
Please take action and restore my funds immediately. Others need to be warned, and safeguards must be improved to prevent these scams from continuing.
