I Lost ₺70,000 on Bitget Spot Trading After Unauthorized Remote Access

This evening, I experienced a serious loss of nearly ₺70,000 on the Bitget spot trading platform. A person contacted me through Telegram and gained remote access to my computer. Using this method, they were able to access my Bitget account and withdraw my balance. What is shocking is that my account did not receive any block, fraud alert, or suspicious activity notification from Bitget. I have never faced such an issue before, and this has left me completely exposed.
After the incident, I immediately attempted to contact Bitget customer support, but I have not received any response. I still have transaction history records, screenshots, and other evidence that clearly show how the unauthorized activity took place. Yet, despite providing all details, I remain without assistance, and my funds are gone.
This situation raises major concerns about Bitget’s security measures, since an account breach of this scale should have triggered at least a warning or a safeguard. I am requesting urgent support from Bitget, a thorough investigation, and a full refund of my lost ₺70,000. My case needs immediate attention, and I expect the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue without delay.
