I Face Forced Purchases and Fund Block on Bitget Wallet After Misleading Guidance

I made a transfer to another account using the Bitget Wallet app, but things quickly went wrong. I was misled by people posing as support or advisors, who told me my funds were "under protection" and had been blocked. They claimed the only way to lift the block was by making additional investments.
I was pressured into making not one, but three separate purchases with the promise that my blocked funds would be released afterward. Each time I was told, “you must invest more, or the block won’t be lifted.” I followed their instructions in good faith, only to see all my investments taken without any resolution. My original funds and the additional amounts I invested are now gone.
This feels like manipulation and abuse of trust. I turned to Bitget Wallet believing it was a secure platform, but I’ve been financially exploited. I am urgently requesting help from Bitget to investigate this situation, recover my funds, and hold accountable anyone misusing their platform or impersonating their support. Please take action immediately—no user should go through this kind of experience.
