Hello, I created a Bitget account on August 29, 2024. Following a legally proven and convicted scam, I made the mistake of deleting my account. I was contacted by an agent from a recovery company, who informed me that I could recover my funds by creating a new Bitget account with an IBAN to receive a transfer under FCA supervision, and then transfer the amount in euros to my bank account in France. However, during the account creation process, the identity verification failed with the message: “rejected due to age” — from August 29 to May 16, 2025… yet I’m still the same age! I can access Bitget using an Apple account, but can I create an account with an IBAN? I need this so the recovery company can carry out the two transfers: 1) cryptocurrency and 2) the euro equivalent via bank transfer. What should I think about all this? Thank you. Kind regards.
