Bitflyer Froze My Account Right After I Uploaded My ID And Personal Info
Do yourself a favor and avoid registering with BitFlyer. After registering, turning in my ID and selfie, initially everything appeared to go without a hitch. Not one inaccuracy or one problem. Then it requested me to post a utility bill out of the blue. I got logged off for no apparent reason midway through performing it. I was hit with a message saying, "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN," upon trying back in. Like, truly? nor warned, nor explained—just locked out. On other sites, I have also been denied; but, BitFlyer's approach is by far the most nasty and unprofessional I have encountered. They seem to grab your private information and then just bang the door in your face. Complete waste of time and totally unworthy of the headache.
