They don't provide me a suitable link or method to really do it either. Honestly, it's simply wasting my time; it's just back-and-forth without any actual assistance. The whole process has been unprofessional, perplexing, and aggravating. Once I have access once more, I am withdrawing my assets and moving to another platform.
