Bitflyer Locked Me Out of My Account Without Warning - Gave No Way Back In
My BitFlyer experience has been quite a disaster. Though all of my data was authentic and current, they randomly locked my account. Just suddenly locked out; I received no email or warning regarding it. They keep urging me to "update my information," but I can't even log in right now. They don't provide me a suitable link or method to really do it either. Honestly, it's simply wasting my time; it's just back-and-forth without any actual assistance. The whole process has been unprofessional, perplexing, and aggravating. Once I have access once more, I am withdrawing my assets and moving to another platform. I would strongly advise BitFlyer to anyone seeking a trustworthy cryptocurrency exchange. They have utterly betrayed my confidence.
