Bitflyer Froze My Account Without Warning and Took My Money
BitFlyer accused me of "abnormal transactions" out of nowhere and froze my account without giving me any genuine notice or opportunity to contest. I lost $2,230 exactly like that; there is nothing I could have done about it. Their client assistance? Basically non-existent I messengers, but all I got was ambiguous, copy-paste answers or silence. There is no openness, and it really feels as though they are only searching for means of financial exploitation. They seem to hide under their platform and create the regulations as they go. Strongly advise anyone considering BitFlyer usage against doing so. She is caught in a trap. You might lose your money over night and they won't blink at all. More like legal thievery than a reputable bitcoin exchange.
