Unable to Sell ELF Coins on Bitexen – Repeated Errors and No Support
I have been unable to sell my ELF coins on Bitexen despite multiple attempts. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying "Please try again later." This has happened several times, and it’s beyond frustrating. It feels like Bitexen is deliberately preventing users from accessing their funds.
I have reached out to customer support via email, only to receive the same automated response every time: "We will get back to you within 24 hours." But no one ever responds, and the issue remains unresolved. How many times do I need to go through this? I expect an immediate fix and clear communication from Bitexen. We should not have to fight to access our own money!
