I Can’t Complete Bitexen’s Liveness Verification Due to System Errors

Bitexen is requiring users to complete a liveness verification by April 25, and I’ve been trying to comply with this request since this morning. I followed every single step exactly as instructed, but the system keeps giving me error after error, and I can’t complete the process.

I even sent an email hours ago to get help, but no one has responded. The app is completely unhelpful and unresponsive, and I’m getting nowhere. I’ve wasted my entire day trying to verify my account through a process that clearly doesn’t work.

This is unacceptable for a platform that holds people’s money. Bitexen, if you don’t fix this issue immediately, I will delete the app and stop using your services entirely. Users shouldn’t have to fight the system just to stay verified. Get your platform in order and support your customers properly!
