Bitay Locked My Account and I Can't Access My 25 Transactions or Funds

My Bitay account is locked, and I can't access my money. I made 25 transactions, and the money went into my account, but then my account got locked for no reason. I asked for help, but they said there are no users linked to my account, and now I can't log in to check my balance or look around my account. I'm stuck right now because I can't get to the money I urgently need. I need help right away and would like to get this issue sorted out quickly. I really need to get into my account and access my funds as soon as I can, and I’m hoping we can sort this out quickly.
