Bitay Exchange Delays Withdrawal, Ignores Customer!

I've been attempting to withdraw funds from the Bitay Crypto exchange for a week now, but unfortunately, I haven't been successful. I am able to contact customer service, however, they consistently inform me that maintenance is currently taking place, preventing me from reaching them at this time. I'm always being instructed to be patient and wait for my opportunity. I'm not receiving any assistance. I send emails, but unfortunately, I don't receive any responses.
