Bitay Exchange Delayed My Withdrawal For 2 Weeks

I deposited some cryptocurrency to try Bitay Exchange, but it wasn't a good fit for me. I started a Turkish Lira withdrawal request on March 19, 2023, at 7:18 PM. Despite their website claiming that withdrawals are processed automatically 24 hours a day, I had to wait 6 hours for the transaction to be completed. During this time, I called customer service 4-5 times and each time received the same scripted response: "We will forward your issue to the relevant department and prioritize the urgency of the matter." I didn't want to wait any longer because the price of the cryptocurrency I had sold was rising, so I decided to buy more cryptocurrency instead of waiting for the withdrawal. However, when I attempted to withdraw the cryptocurrency, the system returned an error message. I had to convert the cryptocurrency back to Turkish Lira and request another withdrawal, which is still pending. When I contacted customer service again, I received the same canned answer, stating that there could be delays due to high volume. I'm very unhappy with Bitay's service and will close my account as soon as my funds arrive.
