I Received Biogaia Probiotic Drops at Room Temperature and They Spoiled Without Warning

My wife picked up Biogaia probiotic drops from Şahin Pharmacy in Üçevler Molla Rıfat Mahallesi, expecting it to be kept cold until use. Instead, the pharmacist handed it over wrapped in nothing but paper—no ice pack or fridge storage instructions. Because it was personally delivered late on a holiday Eve, it sat at room temperature all day. If they pulled it off the shelf instead of the refrigerated display, that makes it even worse. This isn’t a cheap product—now it’s completely useless. Do I complain that our money is wasted or that our baby can’t take the drops during the holiday? We’ll have to search for an open pharmacy in the middle of the festivities, losing both time and money. I demand that Şahin Pharmacy take responsibility and replace or refund these spoiled Biogaia drops immediately.
