BioGaia Drops Caused Severe Discomfort in My Baby

I want to share my experience with BioGaia baby drops in hopes that other parents will think twice before using them. We started using this product based on our doctor’s recommendation, believing it would help our baby. Instead, our baby suffered from severe discomfort and pain throughout the night. At first, we assumed it was just normal gas pains.

When we ran out of the drops for a week, we noticed that our baby’s condition completely improved. But when we resumed using BioGaia, the reaction was immediate. Our tiny 2.5 kg premature baby was writhing in pain, desperately clinging to us, clearly in distress. It was only then that we realized the issue was caused by this product.

I regret not researching it sooner. Seeing so many similar complaints makes me wonder how this product is still on the market. Parents should not have to go through such traumatizing experiences due to a so-called safe product. I demand an explanation from the company and urge them to review the safety of BioGaia drops. No parent should unknowingly put their baby at risk.
