BioGaia Drops Made My Baby’s Gas Worse Instead of Better
I purchased BioGaia drops from a pharmacy and started using them to help with my daughter’s gas problem. However, after using the product, her gas did not decrease; on the contrary, it actually became worse. I have been using the product regularly for 3 days, and I have definitely not seen the benefit I expected. For the past three days, she has been very restless, and her abdomen has become swollen in a way I do not understand.
I no longer have the product box or the receipt. I also have not contacted BioGaia customer service yet. Because of this negative experience, I am requesting a refund for the product.
