Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Caused Eczema Flare After Use
I purchased the Bioderma Atoderm Intensive cream on 09.12.2025 from the official seller on Hepsiburada, paying attention to buy from an authorized store so that the product would not be fake. I have eczema on my forehead and generally very dry facial skin, and since it was specifically stated that this product is for dry and atopy‑prone skin, I preferred it with confidence. However, after starting to use the product, my skin condition clearly worsened. My eczema on my forehead became more inflamed and red, and my entire face started to burn due to dryness and felt like cardboard. Thinking that it might be an adaptation period, I continued to use it for about 10–15 days, but I noticed that my skin was getting worse each day, so I stopped using it. When I contacted Hepsiburada customer service with my order number 465 053 232 1, I was told that they could not take the product back because cosmetic products cannot be returned once used. As a result, both my skin has been damaged and the money I paid for the product has effectively gone to waste. I request that the price I paid for the Bioderma Atoderm Intensive product purchased via Hepsiburada be refunded due to the negative reaction and worsening of my eczema despite it being marketed for dry and atopy‑prone skin. I kindly ask you to review my complaint and provide a refund.
