Telegram Account Disappeared and Old Chats Are Missing

I am writing because I suddenly lost access to my previous Telegram account that was registered with the phone number +60 11 7354 45**. Today I saw that this number is now attached to a new, empty Telegram account and all of my old chats and data are gone. I did not intend to create or use a new account on this number and I would like to recover my previous account exactly as it was yesterday, together with all of my chats and contacts, and remove or close the unintended new account linked to this number. I kindly request that you investigate what happened on my account and restore access to my old Telegram account on +60 11 7354 45** with all data as of yesterday.
