I usually withdraw funds from my Binomo account via bank transfer (havale). However, from time to time, the “bank transfer” option disappears, leaving only “bank transfer (international)” available, which prevents me from withdrawing money to my Garanti Bank account.
On October 26, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of 2,600 TL, but it has been stuck pending for this reason. I want to continue using the local transfer (havale) option for all my withdrawals.
When I contacted Binomo customer service, they told me the issue would be resolved soon, but nothing has changed since then.
I request that this problem be permanently fixed and that the local bank transfer (havale) option be reactivated for my account.
