I opened a standard trading account with Binomo and deposited $40 from India via crypto using the email address [email protected]. Within three days, I made a decent profit through trading on the platform. However, today my account was suddenly blocked, and I was told that I cannot withdraw either my profits or even get my initial deposit back. Binomo is accusing me of having multiple accounts, which is not true. I have proof of my activities and all related communication in my email. Despite this, they claim that I supposedly caused “damage” to their company due to allegedly having multiple accounts, and that they need to keep my money to “repair the damage.” I find this explanation completely unacceptable and unfair. I request that my blocked account issue be resolved and that my $40 deposit be returned to me without any further delay. I also expect Binomo to review this situation properly, remove the false accusation of multiple accounts, and provide a clear written explanation of their decision.
