Binomo Rejected My ID Despite Uploading Correct Documents

My account ID is 171163046. I uploaded all my identity documents correctly during the verification process, yet one of my documents was unjustly rejected by your system without any clear explanation. I checked everything—clarity, completeness, and accuracy. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the document I submitted.
I reached out to customer support via email at y***********@gmail.com**, but I still haven’t received a response. It's been too long and I’m left in the dark. I deserve to know why my document was denied and what exactly I need to do next.
