Unresolved Transaction Issues with Qoutex and Binance Pay

I put money into a currency trading site called Qoutex before, but I had to take it out because there was a problem with my account. There is proof that the money was taken out on the Qoutex platform, but it wasn't returned to Binance Pay, where I had already sent the money. I made a complaint on both the Qoutex and Binance platforms, but neither one of them did anything to help me. Please be careful with that unsafe platform, that's what I want to tell you.
