My phone broke, so I switched to a new device and downloaded the Binance Authenticator app. However, I can’t remember the KEY for my 2-step verification, and I haven’t been able to recreate it, despite multiple attempts. Now, I’m completely locked out of my Binance account. Every time I reach the 2-step authentication, my attempts to verify are denied. This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve followed all necessary steps but still can’t regain access.
