I Set a Stop Limit on Binance for ID Coin But Still Got Liquidated

I’m extremely frustrated with Binance right now. I placed a stop limit order on my ID coin position, clearly setting it at 0.1905 to protect myself from liquidation. But the system completely ignored it and liquidated my position anyway. What’s the point of using stop limits if the platform doesn’t respect them? This isn’t just a minor issue—it’s a serious failure of the system, and it caused me to lose money I was actively trying to protect. I rely on stop limits to manage risk, and Binance’s failure to execute this properly is unacceptable. I demand a full investigation into this faulty transaction and compensation for the loss caused by this platform error. Please fix this and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
