On 26.06.2025 at 15:00, I was actively waiting for the SHR coin listing on Binance Global. I positioned myself 15 minutes before the listing, ready to place a buy order the moment it opened. As soon as the coin was listed, I immediately clicked the “Buy” button. The platform initially showed that the purchase was successful, but when I checked my wallet and order history, I realized no transaction had been completed.
Due to this technical failure, I missed out on a significant profit opportunity as the SHR coin rapidly increased 7x in value shortly after listing. This situation caused me financial harm and deep frustration as a new Binance user who trusted the platform’s reliability during critical trading moments.
Such technical issues during coin listings should never happen on a platform of Binance’s scale. I expect transparency, reliability, and compensation when failures occur due to your systems, not user error.
Therefore, I explicitly request compensation for my financial and emotional losses. This could be a refund equivalent to the missed profit or an apology payment acknowledging the harm done.
